excellent stay near ostkreuz
stylish lobby cozy kitchen helpful staff easy access
The lobby had a stylish and spacious design, i found it quite excellent. I appreciated the cozy common kitchen, it was useful! the staff were helpful at reception. ostkreuz bahnhof is a short walk away, about five minutes.

The adjoining cafe offers a great breakfast, i saw a good choice of options. i noted the breakfast had a delicious taste, it was enjoyable. I ate there twice!

The room was very clean and new. it had all the necessary amenities, i saw a great shower! giant fluffy pillows were a welcomed addition. The beds had freshly washed sheets.

Mixed feelings about this hotel
loud area room temperature
The room was REALLY warm. I found no climate control. I only could open the window. Problem is the area is LOUD. Between traffic, trains, and the heat, I was never comfortable in my room. WHAT a nightmare!

friendly staff upgraded room riverside view stiff pillows missing tripod missing iron
The staff helped me quickly. I received an upgraded room. The riverside view was very beautiful!
The pillows felt uncomfortably stiff. I noticed no tripod was available to place my suitcase on. I also found no iron or ironing board.

Excellent stay near transport links
spacious room equipped kitchen convenient location polite staff
The room felt very spacious and it included a well-equipped kitchen (i especially liked the nespresso machine). The location near the train station was convenient, and grocery store was close. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, a great help. The staff were very polite and friendly. I had positive interactions with several people.
The room felt a little too warm. I wish climate control was available.

The hotel provides laundry services needing to wash clothes, which i thought was really useful. There is also a popcorn machine and coffee available in the lobby (a nice touch!). The windows were thick. This kept the room quiet despite the nearby road and railway.
